I came here last Friday before they close. My husband and I order some drinks they had run out of the tequila I had asked for. I asked for a Cesar salad they had run of that as well. My husband asked for another item on the menu that they had also run out of. So after we ate what they did had I left a $10 tip. My debit card statement showed I over charged $30! So I waited until today to call and explain my issue. At this point the customer service is horrible because I’m pointing out their mistake and they are trying to justify it saying how the number looked different when the total showed what the tip was supposed to be! I was told to come get what I was overcharged. When I get here I found out this whole time I was speaking to the owner which could not understand that I tip $10 not because I had a big issue but because that’s what I thought it was fair my issue wasn’t they running out of items! My issue was the overcharge! As easy as taking accountability and do right by a customer! And the audacity to only say your part of the story! I definitely went and pick up the money I was over charged for plus the $10 I tipped as I should there’s no point on tipping someone that tried to steal from you. The poor listening skills of this owner when she asked why I didn’t asked for management and I specifically said because I didn’t leave upset that night! I didn’t leave saying fu.. this place now you trying to say I was disrespectful ma’am no you just don’t know how to handle an issue properly and I WILL with pleasure take my business...
Read moreEdit to owners response: First, the restaurant was not busy—it was nearly empty, which is why being made to wait 10 minutes for a table felt unnecessary and petty. We didn’t “make a scene”; we simply asked—after waiting 45 minutes without food or even appetizers—why things were taking so long. That’s a reasonable question, not a meltdown. As for the cooks, hats are not hairnets, and we watched them touch their hair while preparing food. If you think pointing out basic hygiene standards is “staring them down,” that says more about your team’s professionalism than ours. We came in excited to try your place, but your defensive response just confirms the attitude we experienced firsthand. Take accountability instead of gaslighting paying customers.
We really wanted to like this place, but the experience was incredibly uncomfortable mainly due to the owner. She was rude and condescending when we tried to sit down, making us wait 10 minutes for a family to leave a table for four, even though the restaurant was mostly empty. Once seated, we were completely skipped over. We waited 45 minutes for our food, including appetizers, and when we asked about the delay, the owner responded with more rudeness. To make matters worse, the kitchen staff weren’t wearing hairnets and were repeatedly touching their hair while cooking. It was disappointing and unsanitary. The atmosphere could’ve been great, but the attitude and lack of professionalism ruined...
Read moreI’m from philly area and have had a lot of pizzas. Maybe this is the quality one can expect in the desert, but I wouldn’t call it “good”. We ordered a 14” margarita pizza to go and boy there were some surprises thrown into this order. But first and foremost, I want to recognize the positives. Sergio answered the phone and provided tremendous customer service! Onto the pizza. The pizza, the $3.00 XL fee, and the unexpected $3.00 takeout fee brought a 14” margarita pizza to $22 plus tip. The pizza is cracker thin with burnt edges. On the body of the pizza, there are areas with 0 sauce on them. As far as the basil? Someone just ripped a few leaves in half and dropped the 5 or 6 of them onto the pizza and called it quits. The cheese is an odd blend. It’s orange. Not positive what’s up with that. Finally the menu says there is arugula on the margarita pizza. Not ours. Whoever is calling this a pizza pub is dipping their soup in their crackers. Food was expensive and frankly garbage....
