Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in El Paso

Y'all it is hot today. I went to get a Palm Beach Green Tea and you know nobody knows how to be considerate in this "scouts honor" line. Anyway, poor girl, is taking orders in this sweltering heat so I don't' want to get in the empty line next to me so I pull up behind the couple existing cars. The car in back of me catches on...we don't want this poor girl moving around more than she has to in this heat! Of course, another customer misses the vibe check and cuts in front of us. The sweet girl apologizes but we all know it is NOT her fault. Anyway, for my minor inconvenience she does not charge me for my drink. I was dumbfounded and humbled because I was about to tip extra just for her having to be out in the heat. When I mention that it is too hot to be outside, she tells me well, I am the manager, and if anyone was gonna have to do it, it should be me. Whaaaaa??? This girl...she is already a leader for sure! The rest of the staff was great, and of course, my tea was amazing! I could NOT end the day without at least going back to contribute a tip. I don't carry cash so I went to the ATM and brought it back. She, of course, did not want to take it, but there was no way I was leaving without that minuscule gesture. She totally made my day! So I showed up and got in line just now and the girl taking orders saw me pull up . I don’t really come to Dutch bros I just wanted to get something for my sister because she really likes it. And so I’m waiting and I see her look at me and finish taking the cars order in front of me and then she goes inside. I assumed maybe they got busy and needed help inside so about 10-15 minutes pass and I finally get to the window to order and it turns out they had closed. But like she never told me. I just found that really odd . Like I was literally in line she could’ve just let me know it was closed and I would’ve left , no big deal . I feel like it’s common courtesy . It just seemed really strange . And I’m not really confrontational but it just made me feel kind of weird so I made a comment about it and the other staff member gave me a bit of an attitude at first and then she was normal but idk it was all...

After this location has been here for several months now, I had to edit my review. The wait time for mobile orders is insane. 20+ minutes and there’s no drink. Even when notifying them at the pick up window that my order should’ve been done 12 minutes before I still had to wait 20 more. This is ridiculous. I get it they’re young people working there but they’re busy yappin bro and there’s 6+ workers scheduled at times. Listen to the reviews y’all have. This is a consistent issue. Why have mobile order ahead of we have to wait longer than if I’d just ordered at with one of the kids? Also why did I get a regular latte when it was supposed to be matcha??? There’s no...
