Barbacoa Los Cuatro Vientos — Restaurant in El Paso

$61 for 2 lbs to go, not sure if it’s worth it, I know others are cheaper and they all taste about the same. I went there because there’s a picture show here that shows that it was $38 but just wanted to let you all know that the prices there aren’t correct. Service is ok, just normal, not rude what I appreciated is that is open early at 7am on Sundays. They have like 10 people there behind the counter just waiting or hanging out and I think that if they reduced their overhead they wouldn’t need to charge as much....

Very disappointed. We like barbacoa and have tried delicious barbacoa around town. People have always told me this place is very good. We decided to try. We ordered a lonche and order of tacos. The barbacoa is ridiculously greasy here. My plate was covered in oil and the oil was dripping out of my taco with every bite. I couldn't taste anything except oil. It even over powered the salsa and other condiments. I managed to forcefully eat 2 tacos. Threw the other 2 away. My wife didn't even finish...

At first I thought I wanted Barbacoa on a Saturday morning, so I googled Barbacoa near me. This place popped up so I came there without knowing how much I would be spending and if the taste would be worth it. When I got home, I made myself the taquitos and honestly the drive was worth it!
