Delicious!!!!! This was my first time here and my goodness was it good! The beverages, the food, our appetizer….all delicious! The service was good as well. The young lady was very knowledgeable and seemed to know what everything tasted like. She made very yummy suggestions and we can’t wait to go back! I’m a sucker for fried plantains and tostones. I got that and more! I had the bistec encebolla’o (cubed steak) with a guava juice. It was a simple dish and yet so perfectly prepared. I ate the whole thing. Sadly no leftovers to eat for later but no regrets here! My husband had the cassa-pleta sandwich with the Tropi cola champagne soda. Let me just say there was plenty of ogling on my end. Lol I did taste the soda, and it tastes like a cream soda with like a cherry cream aftertaste. It was yummy! The sandwich though…juicy and delicious! If you’re coming for the first time, that’s something I’d definitely recommend. My kids ordered the masitas de pollo (fried chicken) with rice & beans in the rice along with the ham & cheese sandwich off the kids menu. They had lemonades, made fresh and had the pulp! Super refreshing. The portions on the masitas de pollo plate were big. The chicken is fried but not with a breading. It’s pan fried. The rice is addicting! The ham and cheeses sandwich was on their fresh bread with some butter. It is a cold sandwich but let me say, simple and yet tasty enough that all of it was eaten. The appetizer that we ordered was the appetizer tray. It had everything and it was well worth it. We ate all of as well. The portions were big and you will get full. I highly...

Edit: since I can’t reply to your comment. Insinuating that I may have aten the food before posting it is crazy. Also I spoke to your wife and you about the specific chicken I wanted and both said you guys sell it so please don’t come on here and say that you don’t sell it. I still have the chicken if you’d like for me to post it so you can see it’s all soup and one piece of chicken that’s unseasoned. I can even bring it to the store. Also I don’t stand by “the costumer is always right” however, have a little more understanding and sympathy when replying to costumers. Seeing the other negative reviews and your comments truly disgust me.

The portion of the food was so little and extremely expensive. The chicken looked like a soup when I specifically asked for pollo guisado. I’m never getting food here again, in total it was $23 and I’ll just leave a picture below so yall can judge too. If anything, I’ll always go to antojitos caribeños, they...

Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. Despite repeatedly asking for no avocado due to an allergy, it was still included, and instead of preparing a fresh dish, they simply scraped it off and covered it with sour cream. This made me extremely furious because my sister is pregnant and is allergic to avocado. The fact that they didn’t take this seriously could have led to severe health risks if she had eaten it. The waitress never greeted us or checked on us, not even once. Customer service is crucial to a business, as it determines whether customers will return, and in this case, we definitely won’t. While the manager was nice enough to remove the meal from our bill, it’s the principle that counts. I don’t understand why management allows this level of poor service. The staff needs better training, and the lack of adult supervision was obvious. We won’t be coming back or...

At first wasn’t too sure about the place being that we waited for almost 15 minutes before we even got our order taken for drinks and we were the only other table aside from a large family that were closing out . They Also didn’t have anything on the menu that involved chicken . Once we ordered , food came out fairly quickly , but the flavor , the flavor is what made up for it all !! We ordered the jibaritos, El bifon, and some beans and rice for our little one. Every . Single . Last . Bite . Was delicious and fresh and flavorful !! We also got a cheese and guayaba empanada that was warm and crunchy and just the right amount of sweet ! Our waiter seemed to be the only person working the front, he treated us well ! We’ll be coming back for sure !
