This was my last resort when I got a terrible skin rash due to dry weather. A cream that used to help me with this was only available at this store (for pick up right away instead of ordering and waiting for it while the rash develops and gets worse). Full of hopes and dreams (that’s how dramatic I actually fell))) and super excited to explore some new options as well I arrived here. Unfortunately the store was closed even though every website, including the company one was listing that the store was open. A lady in the store was very rude, not even “sorry” or “come back tomorrow.” Well, it’s a chain so they may not care much that they lost a potentially regular local customer. Good businesses care not only about quantity but quality of customers and community connections. Going to bed with excitement to spend home another weekend because I look too scary and Halloween is already over....

If i can give these ladies and the whole team at this location a 10 star I would! These ladies are so deserving of anything positive that comes their way. I've seen with my own eyes countless times in store of the amount of help they give to customers, honest options to build sales, warm personalities, and overall welcoming environment. All of these ladies need a raise in my opinion and really hope theyre being compensated for for what they all do so much of. Jackie the manager has truly built such a great team of people that all work together even when times are hard right now but just makes me and many others to come back and shop.
