I had an amazing experience at the Cotopaxi store in El Segundo. I was visiting from San Diego, Daniela was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist me with finding the perfect backpack. Not only was she friendly and personable, but she also took the time to explain all the features of the backpacks in detail. She even offered to add fillers so I could see how it felt when packed. We recently had an online order experience an inventory issue and the online rep connected us to the El Segundo store as they still had our item in stock. I called the store and Ben was unbelievably helpful.
