Customer service can Improve.

I bought this Salsa, taste Horrible, I know customer service in this store is bad, So I dint even try to talk to them. Just Not buying these Horrible salsas Any more.

10/08/24 "In the past, I've had bad experiences with this store. The reason I keep visiting is out of convenience. Yesterday, I stopped by to buy some trays of meat, and the service I received wasn't the best. Every time I asked the person attending me for an item, it seemed like they weren't happy to serve me. But the worst part was seeing another employee at the butcher shop being extremely rude to a lady who was also ordering meat. The young man was making faces and responding rudely. They really need to improve if they want customers to keep...

I went to buy tomatoes, Serrano peppers etc etc. Everything was charged correctly except for the peppers I clearly got about 2 pounds of papers at $1.99lb and was charged for 4 pounds of peppers being $8.34. In comparison to the actual 4 pounds of tomato that I got, it clearly wasn’t $8 worth of peppers. I didn’t think much of it as she (Yami) didn’t tell me my total just waiting for me to swipe my card. We drove off and were in a hurry which I was checking my receipt half way through the drive and realized. With inflation going on I will speak of it in any way. Taking an extra $6 away from me which in todays date could very much help towards getting more groceries...

Best Arrachera meat in NW suburbs! Not sure where everybody else gets their skirt steak but theirs is by far the leanest and freshest. I've tried many stores in St Charles and Elgin and they just don't compare! The meat counter is staffed well so you get served kind of quick and they offer a lot of authentic meats, too, e.g. cow tongue:) My only issue with this place is the darn flies in the store.....and of course the...
