Great Clips — Local services in Elgin

1 star too many!

Livid is an understatement. It's a great clips. My expectations were low. I didn't want my hair cut here but my regular person has been on vacation from their non great clips salon and I needed a cut so I stopped by yesterday.

Here's what I got: chunks of hair missed on my neck and behind my ears, a skin fade that didn't get blended into the top of my sideburns/beard, a cosmetologist who did very little of what I asked and then gave me an absurdly uneven cut, and $19 in the hole. I'm legitimately considering buzzing my head because of how bad this is. I've had my hair cut by Amber there before and it was okay. But the person yesterday who came from Camden's school, should ask the school for a refund and GC should invest in more training for her.

So usually I get haircuts here along with my brother. One day we had reservations for the both of us and we made it just around 5:40. Now we wanted simple hairstyles and it wouldn't have taken so long. We get in there and says we reserved our spots at another shop...cool right but there was no one else in there and they were all sitting on there phones, and not one offered to take us.
