Placed an order for delivery. Was delivered to the wrong address. No worries. Called the store back and they were extremely helpful. They were able to remake my order and have it delivered again in a timely manner. I expected not to be charged twice, but I was. No big deal, at all, honestly. It wasn't until today when I called, l spoke to an extremely kind gentleman who was able to get me in touch with the current MOD. The MOD never introduced himself, and wasn't very kind when speaking. For example, the previous worker I spoke with asked me for the totals of my orders so he could give them to his manager. I gave him the totals, and he places me on hold. Once in contact with the MOD, he asks me for the totals again, which I tell him I gave to the worker I just spoke with who said they were giving them to you. He was short, saying he didn't have that information. Sir, there was no way for me to know if he gave them to you or not. He proceeds to ask for details and then asks me, "So what are you looking for, a refund?" Well, yes of course since I never received my original order. He then talks over me, and offers coupons when I stop by the location. Honestly at this point, I don't belive I'd like to do business again. I was never upset or angry, just slightly inconvenienced, only for the MOD to make the entire situation worse than it needed to be. The demeanor was extremely unbecoming. I get it, it's the end of the work day, the last thing you'd want is to issue a refund, trust me I've worked in sales, I know. However, the way in which it was handled had me regretting even calling. I wish I had a different...
Read moreI wish I can choose 0 stars. I purchased 3 Bundt cakes. Mind you they are like $6 a piece. Two of them were supposedly be red velvet cake. I started dipping my spoon in that cake to find sooo many chocolate chips and had to eat around them, that was hard because I still was eating the chocolate chips. I did not enjoy that cake and had to throw them away because my son was eating the other one. He didn’t like the chips as well…I asked for red velvet not chocolate chip red velvet. I called to let them know the experience I had. Not once did I asked for a refund. I just wanted to let them know and give them a heads up on what they were doing wrong. The label on the cakes reads red velvet. I spoke with a girl and she said let her go and get her manager. Tell me why the manager would not get on the phone the poor little girl didn’t know how to handle the situation. She said yes we have some chocolate chips in our red velvet cake. But there’s nothing I can do about it. I said I’m not looking for a refund I’m telling you guys that you need to label your cakes as red velvet with chocolate chips. That’s false advertising to be having people think they are getting plain red velvet cake and they are not. I just hung up the phone at that point because I wasn’t getting no where by talking to her. The customer service is horrible. I will never purchase cake from them ever again. I will eat Food Lion cakes first...
Read moreThis by far was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had in a long time. The manager on staff was very belittling so much to the point that I immediately asked for a refund of four dozen bundtinis. This Sandhills location certainly does not appreciate the demographics in that area. And I am very familiar with all of the locations between Columbia Rock Hill and Fort mill. I spend on average over 400 to 500 per month. I have been doing so for over 3 to 4 years. So I do know the Loyalty program very well. This location refused to allow me to bring in a card to receive credit 4/100 worth of product purchase. The manager was so very rude when I told her to refund the four dozen prior to taking receipt of it she said no problem it is not a big deal to her and it clearly showed that she did not care about the revenue for that place which makes me think the owner doesn't either which is very weird because the customer service I received at the Forest Acres location is completely , and that is the same franchise owner. I wonder why. can anybody explain the difference between the Forest Acres demographics verses the Sandhills demographics where they feel that they do not have to respect the customers the same way. I can assure you I will never patronize the Sandhills location of Nothing Bundt...
