We had been there before and thought it was amazing. Last night we took my son from El Paso and my daughter along with my grandbabies, it was AWFUL! We were 6 adults and a 2 year old and 9 month old. Needless to say they Messed up our orders so bad that my 2year got his food while they bought us the check. Bought my husband fish out one at a time đ˛ charged us for food we NEVER got. Our waitress was not friendly. When ask to speak to a manager,I saw and heard one manger say she was not going to our table. That right there was unbelievable so we had the other manager come speak to us. He was AWFUL inconsiderate no care in the world what we were put through. We also tried to use a gift card that was given to us and they said there was nothing on the card, my daughter in law was there with us and showed them the receipt for it. The bill was $170 and he took nothing if NEVER said sorry how can I make things better. I was manger at a few big time stores and I could not believe what was coming out of this little man. I will be calling or going back today and demand to speak to the head manger and corporate office number. It is not okay for my family or any other families to be treated in such a way. VERY unprofessional, we will not be going back to say the least and I will be letting everyone know about this place. Again we loved this place the food was amazing the last time we went.    Read moreHow was my food? I don't know because we never got it. If I could give zero stars, I would. Boyfriend and I waited for over an hour to get our food. Other folks came in behind us and got their food before we did. After noticing that, I stopped another waitress (because ours never came back after bringing our drinks) and asked to pay for our drinks so we could leave. The young lady grabbed our waitress who came over and was shocked that we didn't get our food. If she had checked on us, she would have known that. She leaves and the other waitress returns and asked if we were sure we didn't get our food. What? The utensils were unopened and the bucket for the seafood shells was empty. She said something like they would have to remake our food. Remember we had already been sitting there for an hour waiting. My boyfriend was annoyed and "hangry" at this point. The manager comes over a few minutes later and told us our food would be in 10 minutes. How sway? Ole girl just told us it had to be remade. Manager offered 20% off of a $140 bill. We turned it down. Just bring the ticket. We still don't know why we didn't receive our food. One person said it was overlooked or whatever. Manager said a large party came in. Doesn't matter.    Read moreFood has good flavor, but ended up with an upset stomach after eating; I have dined at this restaurant twice. The first time the music was very inappropriate and loud for a restaurant, rap with explicit lyrics. An older couple behind us asked that the music be changed or turned down- only to be told "its Pandora and we can't change it". Most of the staff, including the manager (Ashley), stood against a wall or danced throughout the restaurant. Last night the food was consistent in quality from our first visit, however there were issues with being served draft beer after we specifically asked for bottled. They do not serve beer in bottles as advertised, but pour it into a glass at the bar- because they don't want beer bottles on the table. When someone in our party asked why he was being served draft as opposed to bottled like he requested, the server immediately said he would send over the manager. The manager, Ashley, is very very unprofessional- she may have even been drunk based on her demeanor and choice of words.
