Terrible service shameful experience all over black olives on my sandwich. The young black man wearing the black shirt was very disrespectful. The young male asked what did I want for toppings I first said extra mayonnaise. The mayo toppings part went well. Now it all goes down hill after that. He ask again what else did I want on the sandwich? I said extra black olives. He then places the olives on the counter top beside my sandwich, which now only has meat and mayo on it. He proceeded to ask what I want on my sandwich I said olives. He says I'm going to finish adding other toppings to it first. That's when I asked him to put the black olives on the sandwich and he yet and still refused to put them on my sub. I then said I no longer want the sub. Mind you during the back and forth he put the top bun and just smushed the sandwich together. Then takes the top bun off and then puts the olives on the sandwich. That's when I no longer wanted it. The owner (lady) asked me what happened I started to explain it and guess who jumps in (interrupt) mid conversation. You guessed right the young man who wanted to make my sandwich the way he wants to make it. I tell him to mind his business I'm not talking to you. The owner asked to remake it or give me the sandwich already ruined. I didn't come for freebies so I declined I came for great service and a sub. I had to beg for olives. Don't ask what I want on my sub if your not going to put it on that sequence. Shameful pathetic experience will never return. If a paying customer wants toppings please put it in that sequence. It's that simple. Mind you I passed 100s of restaurants today for lunch to finally get a sub since they just opened just to be disappointed...
Read moreI came into town from an 8-hour drive and stopped here to get a salad. The employee repeated back to me each ingredient as she was allegedly putting it on my salad. She even repeated everything again before closing my box and bagging it up. After I got to my destination, I opened my salad and noticed ingredients are missing. I called to ask yo speak to a manager, DJ, and asked whether the ingredients were out of stock. If so, it would have been nice if it were communicated to me. He said, “The employee that made your salad is probably new and doesn’t understand how to make salads yet.” Like dude what??? The employee doesn’t understand how to make a salad when the customer tells them exactly which ingredients to include.
He then said, “Well if you bring the salad back within 3 days, we’ll remake it for you.” I asked him to repeat what he said to make sure I heard correctly. He said it again, then added “it’s the store owner’s policy, that you have to bring it back, then we’ll remake it.” Listening to him pass the blame on everyone, when he is responsible for training his staff and for resolving customer complaints, I thanked him for his time and hung up.
I won’t return to this establishment.
Another thing I found in my salad, is a few pieces of ham and I am allergic to pork. It shows they don’t care about cleaning the machine between...
Read moreOrdered a #19 all the way plus mayo and a pickle. Got home and had just mayo and lettuce. Called the store to inform them of this. The only way they will help at all is of you bring the sandwich back. I live 20 min a way so that's 40 minutes added when I'm already starving. So now I have to fix a sandwich I paid $13 for. That's not acceptable. If the person can't come back there should be store credit or a partial refund. Nope just tough luck we don't care about your return business. And the sweet tea is sour. My biggest issues is I could of picked anywhere to eat and spend my money and I picked here and the lack of customer service is crazy to me. The rule of having to bring the sandwich back to get any validation is not going to work for everyone and most people are not going to want to drive back. So it seems having this as your policy just keeps you for making amends for the errors and disappointments caused when the food you are waited and paid for...
