I am an elderly handicap woman and I tried to return an item for my grandson that we have never used and was clearly faulty from the factory, the manager Cole was incredibly rude and said because I was a few days outside the 90 day they wouldn’t help me, also be cause it was purchased online. When I spoke to the online personnel they directed me to bring the item into any location because it was too large to ship back easily: He didn’t care, made no calls and rudely shamed me that I should have purchased the insurance on the $40 item. Neither this “manager” or the other employee helped me haul the very bulky and heavy item back out to my car. They were so rude, clearly agist and misogynistic. I hesitate to enter these stores for that exact reason and sadly this store employs the kind of grotesque men that perpetrate these horrible...

Deceiving pricing in store! I noticed my belt sander rang up $89 when it clearly showed $79, I told the cashier, now get this, he told me because the price tag was blue it did not count. So I looked and sure enough it says very small above the price "members only". So I tell him sign me up, he tells me its $30 extra dollars for the first year, next him and the manager try to pressure me into paying them $30 so I can be a "member" to get the price they advertised. Left my pile of stuff at the register, won't go back. Only thing I had with the blue price tag was the sander. Tried to scam me for $10 when that didn't work tried to scam...

Had the worst experience specially at this location!Manager was extremely rude and unprofessional! My order took a while to come in and we were totally fine with that,came for a pick up and they refused to bring my order outside so I can load it to my car , lady with manager told me to come in another day because apparently they were about the close in 30 minutes and they didn’t care! Now I have to order it...
