I had high hopes for this place considering the previous reviews, however after my one and only visit, I will never eat here again. We ordered takeout over the phone. The first problem arose when I got there and the man behind the counter read off my order, I stopped him when he said sweet and sour chicken since I had ordered sweet and sour shrimp. When I had stopped him I told him that I ordered sweet and sour shrimp and Hunan beef. He stated," well we can do the shrimp, it'll take a few minutes and it's a dollar extra" I stated my surprise considering they messed up the order and now I have to pay extra while they fix it! After his lack to provide better customer service and the fact that I did not have time to wait. I paid then left. Upon arrival home I opened up my order and the gave me the sweet and sour chicken, plus shrimp & broccoli. NEITHER of which I ordered! Hence the horrible review. Then I tried the food which was even worse! There was nothing this place had to offer. The food was over greased, the chicken was dry, and the crab Rangoon was under filled and too much cream cheese. The shrimp and broccoli was horrible, it was shrimp, broccoli, and what seemed like store bought sauce. I warn anyone trying this place. Keep your expectations low and you actually might enjoy your experience. But if you are looking for a place to bring your business to continually, AVOID at all costs! Last but not least, do NOT order over the phone, the person on the other line needs a...
Read moreI first came to Little Panda a couple of months ago and have frequently ordered from this place many times since then, both takeout and dine-in, and several times I have brought a friend or two. First, I must start by saying that this restaurant is AMAZING. The interior is unlike any Asian eatery I've ever seen, with a vibrant color scheme and aesthetically pleasing decor. The upholstery is clean and the overall vibe is very welcoming. The staff are some of the nicest and most accommodating personnel I've encountered. I've gotten to know some of them on a first name basis, and they are always more than willing to cater to any needs or requests I may have. I have to give a special shout-out to Chase for always putting up with my last-minute changes. On the topic of food: everything I've ordered here has exceeded my expectations and more. While my usual order is the General Tso's Chicken, which is amazingly crisp and sweet, everything else I've tried from the Lo Mein to the Dragon and Phoenix has been absolutely exquisite, convincingly authentic, and always served piping hot. Their portions are GENEROUS; a 'small' dish is more than enough to fill me, and 'large' servings call for a feast with friends. Their takeout service is speedy and efficient, but dining in is also quite a treat. I really can't ask for much more in a Chinese restaurant. I've dined here many times already, and I will definitely continue to dine here...
Read moreI was extremely disappointed. We've been ordering from here about 3 years as my boyfriend loves Asian food. Almost every single time I've ordered orange chicken. This most recent time I even mentioned to my boyfriend that the chicken came in smaller pieces, tastes more gooey, not like real chicken, and thought that maybe they changed something whether it be owners, chefs, or suppliers. Something wasn't right. But I still had a little bit as I haven't had a chance to eat all day and packaged the rest for the next day to take to work. I woke up at 2:21am sweating, nauseous, and ran to the restroom to throw up....I threw up 6 times and then sat on the toilet for an hour in extreme pain in my intestines... after 2 hours I have gotten rid of everything, I ate a small portion this time. I called the restaurant, and all they did was try to argue with me, give me arguments and had no sympathy as to what's going on. I never even asked for a refund, just wanted to make them aware. The ignorant woman kept arguing with me and then...
