Target — Local services in Elgin

For the Starbucks inside of this target- It was my go to Starbucks. The two girls that worked there were unnecessarily disgusting. When I walked up the the counter the first girl gave me the most unwelcoming glare, which made me think well maybe she's having a bad day but she better not take it out on me. I was wrong, I gave her my order , and she continued to glare. I held up my phone to pay with the app, she glared. The whole time as well she was snickering with her co worker. Glancing at me and at each other. I'm not even sure what I even did, but they were having a field day apparently. I saw some new cups that were very cute and was wondering about a certain one. I took a cup and asked "hey! I was wondering if you ever saw this cup come in!" I described said cup and she said "I don't know what you're talking about all I have is what's there sooooo" I'm like wait what that's not what I asked. I only asked if she's seen it? Not if she has it? It's a pretty cup it would have been cool to know it also came out with everything else. So I told her that's not what I meant. "Oh okayyyy welll" The whole time though , snickering , smirking and laughing with her coworker at me. Everytime I turned my back it was worse. My husband saw what they did while I had my back turned but I CLEARLY COULD HEAR THEM. I was in-front of the counter since the cups were there as well. I can only imagine someone having a bad day, wanting something to drink to help them feel better and decided to pick this Starbucks. Only to meet with these two disgusting...

The store was a mess. There were not enough employees. The cashier didn't know how the Target issued gift cards worked. She couldn't read the code on the back and had to wait for another employee to finish a transaction to help. I was charged twice for something I only bought once. When I called I was put on hold three times, had to reexplain why I was calling twice to the same person because she was obviously helping other guests while she was on the phone with me. Once I explained the second time she told me I had to come back to the store. I told her I wouldn't be able to come back today and asked if she could leave a note. She hung up on me without taking any information. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS...

I've been shopping here for quite a while, and have always had an above average experience. However tonight I met a manager, Christine, who provided a very displeasent visit. Unsure of how some of the products worked, I had the attention of an unnamed employee for perhaps 10 minutes. The manager, Christine, didn't like that I was doing this, (he was supposed to be stocking,) and told me that I was spending too much time in the store. As a paying customer, (I had bought dinner in the store,) I was quite confused. I had shopping to do for Christmas, but I didn't feel comfortable continuing after the encounter.

Unfortunently, I don't think I'll be coming back as regularly...
