The camps are intense but fun, and the workouts constantly change, keeping things fresh and challenging. I’ve never felt stronger, more confident, or more capable! The community at Burn Boot Camp is what sets it apart—everyone is uplifting, encouraging, and truly invested in each other’s success. It’s not just a gym; it’s a family.

If you’re looking for a positive, high-energy environment where you’ll be pushed to be your absolute best, Burn Boot Camp is IT! I was never a fan of group workouts but Burn changed my entire perspective! 💪🏽🔥 Highly recommend! Life changing...
Read moreI joined Burn Boot Camp in Sandhills August 2025 after a friend of mine, Letitia, asked me to try out Burn Boot Camp when I expressed that I needed more cardio in my life. This was right on time as they were offering a free week to come try them out. I attended the free week and I haven't left. I have been working out every day since I have joined Burn Boot Camp Sandhills and I truly look forward to every training camp. I have met some really great trainers and ladies that keep me accountable and help me stay true to myself and my health. The focus meetings are great. The guidance provided in the focus meetings has me on the right track to taking control of my overall health. I have started my meal journal, writing down what I am eating which has led me to weekly meal preps with healthier meal options. I feel energetic and healthy. Thank you Burn Boot Camp. I am looking forward...
Read moreI am deeply disappointed in the way I was treated by this "community." On October 24th, I ruptured my Achilles Tendon doing "Tarantula Jumps" during a Burn class. I returned on October 26th with a note from my orthopedist that substantiated the injury and the length of time I would need for recovery. I left the note with a lady at the front desk who was holding a small infant (no more than 6 months old). Since that time, I have had surgical repair (11/2) and I have called no less than 4 times, left 3 voice messages, and sent two emails. NO ONE has contacted me back. I had not intended to leave the gym, just pause the membership (that I prepaid for a year) until I was cleared by my health professional to return. How do you expect someone to want to remain part of your community when this is how you treat someone just for being injured?! You should be absolutely be ashamed...
