Rude and slow. Came for the online return and it took cashier forever to process refund. Main problem was that he could not find items in the packing slip and really pushed me to get store credit refund ( cashier said that all items he canât find will be processed as the lowest tagged item - excuse me ???what is that). I advised cashier that I donât mind to help him and even showed online packing slip where you can see the items. After that he said that my refund is $188.51 and they canât give me that much cash. I paid with credit card though. Then my cashier called shift leader and asked her to handle it. She said: âyou can only get store credit cardâ and I asked why and she repeat herself again in the very rude manner âbecause I told you that only store credit, we will not give you cashâ. I explained that I bought these items 10 days ago and they are within return policy period, I have all required documentation and all items have tags and this is wrong. Then she called store manager and she/he authorized cash refund over the phone. They are really pushing for store credit and this is a first time I hear this nonsense. Very poor customer service and could be handled properly. Also only one register processes returns and you can only imagine the crowded line behind me.    Read moreThis store used to be a great place to shop before Covid! But they seem to have had a problem with attracting good hires as of late. Their younger cashiers are faster and more friendly than the other ones. Morgan (?) in the art section is gone, he was always great to consult about the hobby items and Copic markers. They seem to have completely revamped the framing team, the previous ones were stellar. My wife and mother miss the young guy in fabric. Floral seems to always be out of stock now of whatever my wife needs, as she works with wedding planning.
However the seasonal, art, and papercrafts selection is, as always, top notch. The employees Ann and Claudia are always absolutely fantastic with customer service!! The rest just seem to want you to go away.
After I saw on Twitter what the company did to its employees by promising Covid pay and then giving them nothing, I probably won't be shopping here much anymore. They didn't seem to have much in the way of morals, corporate wise. Michael's isn't as clean but they have the same...
   Read moreThis store is clean, neat, well organized, and well stocked. Prices are clearly marked and sales are clearly posted. Sales staff is friendly and readily available to assist with customer needs. Recently, I needed a couple of items and knew I would be getting to the store almost at closing time. I called the store during my drive and explained my situation. The person who answered the phone offered to pull the items I was going to purchase and have them ready for me at a register. All I had to do was walk in a pay for my items. This saved me time and the aggravation of rushing through the store and wondering if I was going to find the items at the last minute.
