I went in to get information on their home internet. With how much I have going on I needed the regular unit plus the mesh extender. They did not have extender in stock which was fine. The lady said she would call when she received it. The manager was going to attempt to get one from another store that he passes on the way to this location. They both confirmed they would call soon with extender. After having the unit for 19 Days I still had not received a call from them. When I went into the store to return the unit (it just didn’t work for my area and what I needed, at least without the extender it didn’t work) I saw the same store associate and she had no reasoning on why I still had not received my extender or at least a call back from either her or the manager. I also placed an order for a screen protector the original day of getting the internet box. I was told it would be shipped to my house. I asked her about that when I returned the box because it still has not came in and she stated oh it takes 7-10 days. When I made her aware it had been well over that she again didn’t have any reasoning. This store has no follow through on what they say will happen. Read moreTotally unsatisfactory service, Jay Felton was helping to setup a new phone and transfer data from the old one - after the transfer Jay destroyed the SIM card and the realized the new phone does not work cannot make calls - I was sitting there 3.5 hours and were told I could loose our phone number which is totally unacceptable I have many clients there (when I asked will I loose the phone number - got answer “hope not I am trying” - At 1 point wanted to use restroom I have diabetes and the manager did not allow me so I had to go to pee at the parking lot. Then we waited more and then someone from t-mobile HQ helped Jay to transfer the number and all started working. The manager was completely rude - Jay was trying to help - he was just heavily breathing when always passing by me. The staff should get proper education before transferring data and numbers from 1 phone to another - so be careful and recommend to go somewhere else if you want a new phone. Walked in a little after 10am, very nice young lady helped me, no one else was in the store, she needed my phone number and my driver license, she needed to take picture of the front and back of my driver license. While I went to my vehicle to get my driver license, she went in the back to get a SIM for my phone. She installed the SIM into my phone and said that it would be activated in 10 minutes. Walked out of the store a very satisfied customer.
Needed to return my T-Mobile Home Internet 5G Gateway device, since I had 15 days to try it FREE of cost. Nice young lady was helping someone else, she went in the back and asked her coworker to help me. I had to leave the store and return and her coworker was sitting at the table like he was waiting for me to return to the store.
