Showcase Laundromat — Local services in Elizabeth

This lady, the taller one, green/blueish eyes, has cero to no concept of customer service. They have a few dryers out of service, I didn’t notice that I was inserting the quarters in a broken one until I had already paid the amount equivalent to 45mins. I went to her, as a normal procedure to get the quarters back, because is a service I won’t be using, she told me no, and no, that she only work here, and that she can’t give me back my money, that only the owners can. The amount is nothing, so I can just let it slide, the issue is a 100% nothing more than the desire and capability to be willing to help a costumer, it’s just not there. I know she can give me back my money, I know because I’ve seen it in other people who have had similar problems but the others attendants that are actually caring for their customers do it. I even over heard she was telling the other one not to do it. I guess, and again just guessing that she went to complaint about me with the other one and the other attendant who is actually great, she might have said she could help me. Is just my guess.

Again I can assure any of you that I was super extra mega polite since the start to end of this interaction. I will keep washing here, but be aware of everything, because they just don’t care, specially that lady. First time I see her here too tho. The short one is a lovely good working person. I love going here. I've tried plenty of other laundromats in the area and by far, this one is the best. Theres plenty of parking in the front and back of the laundromat and the employees are always smiling and keeping everything clean. They also have a little slide for the kids to play on and the prices are very affordable.
