Tony & Chris came recommended for our new home purchase inspection and I couldn't have been happier for the referral. They arrived early and were amazing to work with. They were so thorough and covered everything possible to make sure we saw the whole picture of what we were buying. It was important to me to have an inspector that was an engineer so that he could possibly see things that others might not. His report was very detailed but accurate and so incredibly valuable. No stone unturned. Our inspection was a little unorthodox because the house was still under final construction and some items weren't complete, his associate came back months later to finish the job they had started. Throughout the process, Tony was always just a phone call away to ask any questions. Even after the inspection was complete, I realized I didn't ask about an item that was upgraded but not expected to be at the first part of the inspection. He took my call even when I caught him at dinner and reassured me it wasn't an issue. Top Grade Service all the way!!!
