This location experiences a lot of theft, which the team are trying to prevent. (Regarding the previous negative post) the store is beautiful, clean and well organized. The team takes pride in their store and it shows! I previously shopped other locations, but this one has the beyond section with some of the cutest pet stuff!

This location experiences a lot of theft, which the team are trying to prevent. (Regarding the previous negative post) the store is beautiful, clean and well organized. The team takes pride in their store and it shows! I previously shopped other locations, but this one has the beyond section with some of the cutest pet stuff!

Yes, I TOTALLY HATE when they offer self check out and the staff pushes in front of you, snatches your products and starts ringing them up!! They don't even confirm if your selections are final. Sometimes you may want to see how much you "spent" if you lost track. I hate this lack of respect. YES THEY DO IT HERE!!! It makes me not want to shop here at all. I perfer to self bag my purchases so my things don't get piled up in a mess and get BROKEN before I even...

Well won't be back to Five Below in Elizabethton. Apparently they treat their first time guest as shop lifters following my family around the store! Every turn we took someone was watching and following! Then when we was headed to the check out I seen the guy go up to the girl at the registers, lean over and tell her "make sure they ring everything up" ... like seriously we had less than 10 items..won't be back.
