Ross Dress for Less — Local services in Elizabethton

I have been feeling 5050 over this store. There was a bad phase of clothing designs, lack of shoe options, empty shelves in different areas for a little while. I wasn't feeling too good until a recent visit. Two situations happened in one visit.

While I was trying on some clothes, I left my cart and umbrella in front of the dressing room. When I came out, my cart and umbrella were gone (thank God I don't leave my purse in the carts ever). One of the associates immediately tried helping me track the cart down and luckily we found it and I got my umbrella returned.

Second situation, I was at checkout when notice a dramatic price difference on a piece of clothing compared to the other clothing of same material, it shouldn't have been as high priced as it was. I asked the associate to please remove it as it's much more than I expected and I overlooked it on the tag. Not only was the worker, Taylor, extremely nice, but she went a step further! She observed and felt the material, looked at the brands and the tags. She said, hang on just a second let me see something... She called to the manger explaining the situation and got permission to do a price match as it was similar to the other materials and noticed the tag was off in appearance. Taylor eased my mind and not only did I get the piece of clothing I wanted, but helped get the sale for the store. I went in here to get my son some clothes and found a few things for myself got up to the counter only for the girl working to tell me that they have no bags but that I could leave all my stuff in the buggy by the doors and move my vehicle in front so I could carry it out which I did and not one worker offered to help me carry anything out I made three or four trips to my truck carrying things I’m a health care worker that has worked all night stayed up so I could get here and get my son some clothes for the Summer I’m beat flat wore out just saying kindness goes along way I will stick to the one in Johnson City...

It's so nice to have a Ross in Elizabethton so we don't have to drive all the way to JC. Every time Iv gone in everything has been very clean, and employees have been very friendly and helpful. They have Nice brands for great prices. However, the only bummer we have noticed is with toys. They allow rip off toy companies to shelf products here.
