Don’t go here. Customer service is terrible. I just got there not even five minutes in patiently waiting behind a couple who was there before me. I originally really wanted to get my ears pierced but after the encounter I had with the little Mexican girl with black hair and three dark moles on the right side of her eyes, I decided not to. She was so rude for me for no reason. She asked me what I was doing all because I was awkwardly standing there. And I said I just wanted to look at the display because I wanted to choose an earring for when I get my ears pierced but the couple was still looking at it. And she got mad at me all because I didn’t make an appointment. Which I didnt think was a big deal because I understood that and I didn’t mind waiting. Raina is an incredible employee so positive bubbly attentive and very informative she helped me so much and went above and beyond to make sure me and my party were fully satisfied with the most politeness when things were out of her hands ! Key employee ! It was 4/26 a Friday afternoon The manager on duty on the other hand was terrible. Her attitude was poor her piercings in her face are inappropriate for a child’s store. The manager on duty at the time was very rude, was bothered when I asked for help and hid in the back after constantly being on her phone not wanting to do her job anymore when the store was getting busy she left the sales associate alone on the sales floor with overwhelming amount of customers and a line being formed.
