Cliff Notes: Ordered online for take out. Food was decent, took twice the amount of time as promised, had to be persistent to get food, one of burgers were borderline raw.
Review: I ordered online and the ETA was about 25mins. Arrived after 27 mins. Restaurant wasn't too busy. I told the hostess my name and she said she to give her a few minutes and she would get it ready. There was a group of 4 waiting for a table and the hostess helped seat them. Another couple walked in and said they had a reservation for 16. The hostess asked if the group could wait a few more minutes as they had a couple more servers coming in and they still had to get the table ready.
About 5 mins later I see the new crew come in. By this time the lobby was getting full. I look back at the line and I think I see the hostess getting my food ready.
It's been about 25 mins since my promised food time and I see the hostess that helped me look at me, grab her stuff then leave. I didn't get a status update or anything. I asked the new hostess if she could check on my food because the hostess helping me just left and I have been waiting a while for my to go order. She said she would check but she just got there. I told her I know because I saw her arrive. She went back and let a server know I was waiting.
About 5 minutes go by and I see her check the shelf of waiting food and grab a bag and drinks and bring them up front calling my name. I asked how long they had been there and she said not long. I could feel some heat coming from the bag so I didn't say anything and left.
Got home, all the food was there and it was luke warm. I live about 10 mins away. One of the burgers were borderline raw. The color of the meat was pinkish red but had some solidity to it so it wasn't completely raw. Only the outer edge was eaten. Fries were good but can be soggy. Two other burgers were borderline over cooked.
What seems to be consistent there is the wait time for an online order. It seems like it is always double the promised time. I joked with my wife that it seems like they don't start cooking it till you arrive and check in. The burger prep is inconsistent. Sometimes you will get a raw burger, overcooked burger or just...

First of all, what is that smell? On 2 recent occasions, there was a very unpleasant smell in the building. Smelled like dirty dish water or a broken pipe. On multiple occasions, the floor has been wet near the kitchen. I didn't see it this time, but they often have a floor dryer pointed in that direction.
The staff- I'm getting Applebee's vibes. On a couple previous visits, we had a very friendly waitress in the area closer to the restrooms. (Wish I knew her name) She stays on top of everything. Always checked on us often and made sure we had everything we needed. Even on the day she expressed to us about how it can be overwhelming when she had the whole back section all to herself.
Our most recent visit, I have so many complaints. From the food taking forever, to never getting my refill of water that was empty before the food was even served, the staff spending more time talking to each other rather than checking on their tables needs....
At first I wasn't surprised at the slow service because the server did have several tables. But, after many left, no reason why it still took so long to get items and why there was no staff around for long periods of time. The burger and fries were not hot and fresh as if it was sitting for too long. Getting the servers attention for refills was difficult. Some things we asked for either took too long or we just never got it. My husband was so unhappy with the service, he didn't want to leave a tip but I talked him into leaving something which was less than we would normally give.
Due to our recent experience, I don't have any plans on returning anytime soon. Maybe I'll drive further to another location to see if they have better service and no questionable and...

Online showed it accepted my card, but when I went to pick up my order, they tell me the card didn't go through. So they run my card again and I leave. When I get my statement, I noticed that I was charged twice. I called and explained, they say refunds go through corporate, call customer service. So I call, customer service, they said no, refunds get done at the store level but send me your statement and receipt and we will see what happened. Turns out the online charging system went down and when it came back on it charged my card again, the following day. I wonder how many other customers had the same issue but never checked their statements. 21 days later I am still trying to get my refund! Emailed back and forth since 7/11. Issuing me gift card instead, when I asked for a credit back! They keep asking me to send the pictures of my statement and receipt again and again in pdf form, saying the file is too big to open? Only one item in each pdf file! When I called back today the customer service rep says she can see my files, they are not too big! Never did I receive a phone call from the DM or customer service supervisor about my claim. Also when you order online it has a spot to get your extra, unlimited free fries. We got 6 extra fries, WOW!
