Crazy disappointed by my experience with T-Mobile so far. Became a customer on Saturday. Bought 2 new phones and switched service. The staff was nice enough but although myself and my husband were the only customers for the majority of our time, the switch took about 2 hours to complete due to a lot of mistakes made and system issues. The phones we purchased (spent around $1300 out of pocket in the store that day) were not available in store so we were promised next day delivery (Monday). It's now Thursday. No phones.. No calls... No word from T-mobile. The biggest issue for me is that when I called the store to find out the status of our order and to find out what was happening, I was told to call T-Mobile customer service. They gave no answers. Called customer service and waited for over an hour on hold only to be hung up on. STILL have been unable to get in contact with anyone to find out where our phones are? But they CERTAINLY got our money though. Called T-mobile again today and wait time was stated to be an hour and a half. I am waiting AGAIN.. If you are a professional who depends on efficient service and customer support then this may not be the company for you. I absolutely do not have several hours this week to navigate these ineffective systems of communication. So dissatisfied....

Unfortunately, my personal information was used for fraudulent purposes without my knowledge or consent. They used my information to charge me for 2 apple watches, protection, and accessories. Not to mention 2 protection plans for devices I didn't purchase or walk out with in the first place. While I appreciate the effort made by the T-Mobile team to resolve the issue, (after calling over 5 times) I was disappointed with the overall handling of the situation. It was a frustrating and concerning experience for me. I hope that T-Mobile takes steps to ensure that their customers' personal information is protected and that their customer service team is better equipped to handle such situations in the future. I came in with a serious health situation, clearly needing help, yet the employees ignored me completely. Two of them stood there chatting with each other, helping no one, as if the customers waiting didnāt exist. When I finally asked for assistance, they didnāt just refuse ā they gave me a nasty, dismissive look like I was bothering them.
The entire vibe of this store is toxic and hostile. They have no respect, no urgency, and no care for the people who keep them in business. If you value your time, dignity, or basic human decency, avoid this place...
