TrendE — Local services in Elk Grove

I was recommended to shop here for a dress for a black tie event, but when I walked in, I figured that wasn't going to happen. This store has lovely clothing for lunch with friends or a brunch. It's a local shop, and if I was looking for something else I would have loved to shop around. I saw pants, skirts, sun dresses, fun hats, blouses, and jewelry. The only small issue I had was with the customer service of some of the employees. I stood next to the front registers waiting for a break to ask about more formal dresses. The two ladies in the front saw me, but turned around and were talking to each other before helping the next person. This happened a couple times until another employee came over and connected with me before going back out to the floor. I am hoping that this experience was because it was really crowded this day. I usually prefer the customer service in local stores, but this was not the best way to get me to come back shopping...

I have shopped at this store since it first opened. I was hoping it would be a great place to shop and it is def a 10 out of 10. I have been greeted every time I walk in with a smile and knowledgeable staff. I have loved everything I have purchased from Trende over the years. I’ve purchased many gifts for family, friends, wedding outfits as well as casual wear for myself. In the years I have shopped there I had one piece of clothing that did not maintain its shape after washing. . I called the store and they encouraged me to bring back the item and they replaced it.
