Starbucks — Restaurant in Elk Grove

I really wish people would understand that people behind the counter are human! This team ALWAYS and I mean ALWAYS holds there composure to even the utmost disrespectful people. Today not only did their system crash, but the other Starbucks closed without notifying them causing a flood of orders.

Did my drink take a little longer? Sure it did but this team was busting a** and they absolutely killed it and handled it.

I drive out of my way to come to this locations because they are always on their a-game.

I think by far this is the best Starbucks I been to. They made my nitro cold brew with sweet cream and sugar free vanilla flavor added- correct!!!! Most of the time many Starbucks leave one of the two out bc they hurry. On top of that, I am deaf and two of them knew sign language and gave me really good service. No rushing me out until they understood and gave me all my items that I ordered. I gave a big tip to them and want them to know I appreciate the workers on 6/15 at 8am!
