Updated again to 5 star Stopped in, Monday no one came out to help, but when I paid they did offer to help load saw only 1 gal working on a Monday evening was somewhat odd but the offer was there Thanks Spikes

Prior update 6-14-22 Luke, my input would be put a bell out so anytime a vehicle pulls in someone comes out and offers to help load. If that's what should occur. If your staff should immediately come out they are not.

The last time I was there there were 2 trucks in the loading drive-in, I was parked outside. After waiting 10 minutes I went in grabbed my 10 50lb bags, walked past both trucks down to mine, went in, and paid saw 4 staff behind the counter. There was a line of vehicles behind me so when I was paying inside I told them there's a line outside. Since I had to walk down the ramp to my truck when I pulled out I still didn't see anyone come out for the line of vehicles.

If the next time someone just offers to help load I'll update this & make her 5 stars for you

Love the old-style style setup, in & out however, all the times I've pulled right into the loading dock there's never been a staff person there to offer to help. I'll go inside & there are always 3-5 staff inside & no other customers. When you spend more for the convenience just an offer to load several 50lb bags would be...

They have baby chick's. They'll grow into chickens. You can eat chickens, or, eat their eggs. Or, both! Eat their eggs, then eat the chickens.

Recommend putting the chickens in their own house or area. Don't depend on chickens for security or defense of your property. If you're looking for an animal to keep your family safe, get a German Shepherd, and do lost of training. Spikes Feed and Seed sells great food and has plenty of options for treats for dogs.

Dogs make great animals for protecting your property. I've heard they could protect the chickens you're inevitably buying. But, I personally have never seen it, since my Shepherds would likely eat the chickens.

Oh yeah, they have stuff for horses, birds, and other things. They also sell flowers, which can be used to feed bees. Bees make honey, which is pretty yummy. Mixing hobey with various ingredients can complete a recipe.

They don't sell cookbooks here that I am aware of. But, they sell plenty of things to grow a garden or raise animals. Animals that could produce (or be turned into food), except dog. Dogs protect food, they don't make food, and they should not be used as food.

Just remember, chickens go BAWK, dogs go WOOF.

You will Love them like I do ! Kendra & Team are Absolutely Wonderful. They have everything I need for all my fur babies, from horses to cats & everything in between.
