Aaron's Rent To Own — Local services in Elko

I would not buy anything from this company, do to the fact they will not cover any repairs to the items you buy. I went here to get a couch after a few day the couch broke and I call to have the couch repaired and after few weeks someone did come by. They took a few pictures and left. After not receiving a call back I called them to see what the problem was. I was told to hold and then the manager got on the phone and said it your problem and you have to pay sorry. I ask to talk to a higher up manager and after taking to him that when I realized that is company does not care for its customers. The phone call basically went as such, I'm sorry to here that, I don't know what you want me to tell you. We base are decision off the manufacturing company warranty if they choose not to replace the item then we can't do nothing for you. So what this means is, they will only cover things that are quick fixes and they will not cover the item if it fails. When a company put profit over customers service ,that tells me a lot. If I know the name of the vendors they used I would not buy from them as well. So hopefully this will change your views about shopping here and you will look els where to buy things...

This is the ABSOLUTE Worse place to rent from..if I could advise you in anyway, go to rent a center.. The manager is friendly, they will pick up on request and not make an effort to ONLY be available, when you are NOT available to pick up an item.. Aaron's is not a worry free guarantee, they won't take an item back if it's dirty.. The manager is completely incompetent of doing her job and providing excellent customer service... She will also charge you a fee if she comes to pick up five days after you made a request, but ONLY if the item is CLEAN. Bc to this Aaron's in Elko, everyone is dirty and looked down upon by her . No matter if you work in a hospital or on a ranch...This place is crooked and is only going down hill ... Take my advice .....

Horrible place. Do not go here. If you know what's good for you they will harass you. Threaten you just downright rude and not worth your money I have tried to make two payments before my due date they declined both then when I got back from my on the road job went in again and they were trying to charge me a late fee???? Even tho I already tried to pay so now they are call me non stop witch is harassment!!! And the so cold manger older lady is the one responsible for all of this if corporate happens to see this review. Please get in contact with me! Mind you the item I was paying on has not been working to add on to the entire situation... DO NOT...
