Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Elko

So disappointed. After spending several hours in town, decided to order online to pickup 2 pizzas, 3 bread w/sauce. Went to the machine, only 1 pizza, bread and no sauce. Asked the counter about it, he shrugged, looked around and disappeared. Came back, said the manager would be right with me... a lady looked around at me, rolled her eyes and whispered something to the counter guy. At no time had we left the store. Finally he said we would have to wait for the new pizza. Lady all the time glaring at me. No apology, thanks for waiting. Nothing. Upon getting in the car, the food was "dead", except for the new pizza. Dry, tasteless and old. Is this how they get rid of dead product? We love to support local business, after this experience I will pay more for Papa...

Would have given lower than a one star but it wouldn't let me. My husband and I drive a 18 wheeler and called ahead to get a few items and to make sure they had it ready so we could do a quick pick up. When I called they said they had them and they would hold them after I explained the situation. When I got there they didn't have them. Then proceeded to tell me they were busy. So they were going to have to make my pizzas even after they said they had them and would hold my order. Were very rude and didn't care that it was their mess up and didn't care to fix it other than making me wait for fresh when they knew that I couldn't and that was the reason I called ahead. So service was good, but I ordered a pretzel pizza and before ordering I asked the cashier.. "is there a possibility to make a pretzel crust pizza with marinara instead of cheese sauce?" The cashier/ pizza maker replied saying "let me ask" comes back said "yes, it'll be 15 min" I say okay... come back get my pizza trusting the employee/business because I saw him make it and put salt on the crust.. I get home it's not pretzel crust pizza it's the regular pepperoni pizza with salt on the crust.. regular crust.. and my receipt said pretzel... I didn't go all the way back because I'm not about to dispute a 7$ cooked pizza. Moral of the story you can only get Little Caesar's pretzel pizza with...
