This Starbucks is a disaster. I ordered. Is the mobile app and arrived about 10 minutes later. My order was very simple.. a nonfat cappuccino. It wasn’t out in the mobile area so I waited at the counter. Despite the fact that there were 5 employees working, no one acknowledged me for a solid 5 minutes. An employee finally did, asked how she could help me, then bent down to do something under the register and ignored me for a couple minutes until finally reiterating “how can I help you”.
I explained my drink was missing, and she said, oh, we’re out of nonfat milk. Okay…. There’s a grocery store literally in this parking lot, but fine. I asked for almond milk instead; she said no problem.
Another 5 minutes go by, and a different employee hands me my drink. It’s clearly not with almond milk. She tells me, “oh, well we’re out of nonfat milk, so the other girl told me to make it with 2%”. I explained that’s not what I’d clearly asked for, and she said “I just came back from my lunch break, I really don’t know what’s going on. It’s what she told me to do”.
23 minutes after ordering a single drink, I finally had A drink, but not the right one.
There are other Starbucks… don’t bother with this one if you want good customer service or your actual order.

Read moreI’ve been going to this store for 14ish years maybe more and today was the final straw for me. Freddy took my order and was a complete jerk and always is but today he yelled and fought with me at the window cause HE put in the wrong drink. I asked about their new lavender drinks and he proceeded to tell me they don’t know the drive through menus and put me in for the lavender matcha which is not what I wanted. Got to the window he handed me the drink and I kindly said this isn’t what I ordered and he yelled at me and said I asked what you wanted and got impatient. He told me to pull forward to the front and they will bring out my drink. Freddy brought it out and said here is your stupid drink. This guy is a jerk every time and from what I’m told from employees and former ones this is normal behavior and the store manager allows it by just giving him a lecture.
