Gumdrop Fun Shop — Local services in Ellijay

While visiting Ellijay from FL, this cute place caught our eye so we had to take our little one in!! It was one of the best little toy shops I’ve ever been in!! Their selection and prices and setup were just fantastic!! They also offered a free beverage spot while you shop, awesome! So well done and nostalgic! Our little one absolutely loved it and said it was her favorite part of the whole trip, we even tried to go back once more while we were there but it was during their off hours and she cried because she was so excited to go back! We’ll visit again if ever...

Such a great store for kids of all ages. Our 2 year old all the way up to 7 year old had so many choices of fun, educational, and exciting toys and games to choose from. But the best part is the owner who is a joy to talk with. He gave us some wonderful tips for local activities along with a list of recommendations for the area. This place is a GEM! My family walked in and was welcomed immediately by the owner, Larry. He was so gracious! He made us feel so at home, and my kids loved the store, walking around and playing with all the toys (which is strongly encouraged!). They also have a scavenger hunt around the city and a princess adventure for little girls. We spent over an hour here! A must visit for your family...
