15 years ago this mall was packed when I first moved in,10 years ago new mall manager took over. 8.5 year ago every mom and pop stores wanna move out, 7 years ago most stores ( I mean most ) moved out including the only movie theater in town, that was a sad day. Who to blamed? I am going to put money on the landlord and the new mall manager, they just don't care about the little guy like the mom and pop stores. I remembered there was a Christian book store and peoples went there for Bible study. The owner was the kindest people I known, they weren't even in the mall for 1 year. I heard from their customers the reason of closure wasn't because they can't pay the rent, the mall didn't inform them about the maintenance fee which was over 10k at the time. Their customers also said this actually bankrupted them. All the mom and pop stores that were forced out of this mall are still thriving in town. When you visit these owners, they will tell you their unpleasant story when they leased from this mall. I know because I know them...
Read moreNeeds better stores and wish the movie theater would open up again. It's a pretty empty mall. Christmas time is nice then have pop up shops, which is cool and different. Just not enough inside. Could be designed a little better. Label shopper is great, as well as the max, and Olympia Sports. They always have great sales. They is a gym inside have never checked it out not sure of its public or private.
