I ordered online on Thursday evening at the Ellsworth,Maine location.I showed up after 45 minutes of elapsed time.I stood there waiting in line as a customer was getting his order. He realized they messed up his order and the staff was a bit rude, but offered him some sort of discount. Then the person in front of me ordered 4 large pizzas and was there to retrieve them. They handed him two medium pizzas. He mentioned he ordered 4 large. They gave him 2 more mediums and said they were out of large crusts.I walked up to counter after at least an hour had trickled by since my first order confirmation. They asked my name and at first could not find it.I showed them my order on my phone. They them proceed to tell me they have it up on the board but has not been started yet.I cancelled my order because I had other business to take care of.I decided last night to give them another try.Maybe it was a certain staff that was slowing them down.I waited my 45 minutes.15 minutes past projected time. There was only one party in the restaurant eating so I figured it would be a better experience. There was another patron in front of me waiting to speak with the cashier. The cashier made no eye contact with any of us as more people were stepping in.She started counting money from one of the two registers and yelled to a couple of the staff who in turn came up to her and received money from the cashier. Not sure if tips or what, but still no eye contact with us.After ten minutes roughly, she looked up and asked if she could help me.I proceed to tell her the older woman was waiting before me.The lady said she ordered almost an hour before and the cashier looked at the board and told her it would be another 20 minutes or so.I see them cutting up my order so I was pleased that I could at least get my order. The organization in that facility needs to be addressed.I have seen a major decline in customer service and customers at...

My family of 17 came to this location. We pulled up in 4 cars, there were no other cars in the parking lot. As we were all getting out, a lady (who I will assume is the manager) comes out of the Pizza Hut and asks us hiw big our party is, we respond "17". We all waited by our cars while she was by the door and just 2 of us went to talk to her.
She proceeds to refuse us service because she only has 2 employees and claims that for any restaurant in this area, including Pizza Hut, we would have to call ahead so they can prepare for such a large party. We informed her we did call ahead and no one answered and she continues to tell us we should have called. We tell her it's ok and we understand and that since we traveled about 3 hours we would at least like to use the restroom. She agreed and let us do so 2 at a time because of COVID. 2 of us who were speaking to her went to use the restroom, when we came out she refused to let anyone else use the restroom and continued to tell us we should have called and that she cannot serve us.
We calmly left and took our business to Subway, a little further down the road. On our way to Bar Harbor, we passed by this same Pizza Hut again and saw 7 cars in the parking lot, all empty. Assuming each car had at least 2 people, she was serving AT LEAST 14 people at that time. But when her restaurant was completely empty several hours before, she refused to serve the 17 of us.
This confirmed our suspicions that she refused us service based on her Islamophobia and racism, because we are brown-skinned and our mothers wore Hijab.

Read moreIt takes conscious effort to mess up orders as bad as Pizza Hut consistently does. Pizza Hut is pathologically incapable of delivering positive customer experiences because the staff, management, and corporation are built on fraud and negligence - the American ideals of capitalism. I will NEVER EVER buy or eat any product from Pizza Hut, in any location. I hope this chain goes out of business because they are terrible. The manager wouldn't answer my call for an hour and a half while I waited on hold, then she lied when she said she would refund my order, which I got all on record. They are typical Mainer trash. I encourage investors to short YUM on the stock market. What a terrible business. From the pictures, you can see that the seasoning I asked for was not applied to the crust on one pizza, and the other pizza is missing an entire slice. I hardly ever order any food from restaurants, maybe once a year. This order from Pizza Hut was a test to see if they could provide decent food. They failed. The one test I gave them, and they failed. I've worked at a pizza chain before, and it's not that hard to fulfill a customer's order correctly and make amends if you screw it up. These...
