My podiatrist recommended that I go to travis outfitters for a more supportive shoe. I bought a of OOFOS sandals because a doctor recommended that I no longer go barefoot in my house. On a separate occasion, 1.21.25 i went to purchase a pair of brooke tennis shoes. Unfortunately, they did not have the color that I was looking for. I went ahead and ordered a pair. I was told that they would ship the shoes to Travis outfitters in about 3 weeks and from there Travis Outfitters would ship to my house. All and all about 4 weeks. On 2.18.25 i called because I had not yet received the shoes. They told me they should be there tomorrow. Well they were not. On 2.21.25 I called again and spoke with a very nice young lady named Sam. She indicated to me that they were in Aberdeen, South Dakota, and that she would do her best to find out what was going on. On 2.24.25 it turns out the shoes were lost! Now i felt like it was time to talk to someone in management, for 2 reasons. One, the young lady Sam, she was doing everything she could to help find the shoes. She was so sweet and trying her best to please the customer. At one point she told me they had gotten a pair just like what I had ordered in and asked if I wanted them. By this time it was to late. I had ordered another pair somewhere else. The male manager that I spoke with asked how I wanted my money back. I said, "well, if you're willing to give me some kind of discount for this hassle, I would use that discount towards another pair of shoes," he simply said, "well, I can't do that." Then I was transferred to a lady who refunded my account. Whatever happened with those shoes is on their end, not mine. The fact that they were not willing to make it right, well they just lost any more of my business. Word of mouth is your best...
Read moreHorrible customer service help! I ordered a pair of boots for my birthday and the boots arrived with noticable defects. I send an email about my concerns and attached pictures. They said they would get back to me and never did even after i sent a follow up email asking for the status. So after more days pass by I call to ask about my claim, I spoke with Chrissy who is also who I was emailing. She claims the manager stated the defects were not defects... that it is normal for their boots to have notable differences. Which makes no sense to me in all the boots ive owned ive never had them arrive with scuffed leather or melted stitching (which dried as dripping plastic). After some back and forth she claims nothing can be seen on the boots and asks for more pictures. So I agree to send more pictures but ask if I will get a reply today. She says if I hurry because she leaves at 5 it was 3:30. So I sent more within 5 minutes, its fine im understanding of the feeling of wanting to rush out of work. However its been over a week and still no reply again to my emails. Very disappointing...
Read moreVery poor costumer service. I ordered work boots off of their boot truck and never received them. I had tried to contact them thru their costumer service message asking for a tracking number 3 times and had called them. Talked to costumer service rep and asked how long it usually takes and if I could get a tracking number so I knew when to expect them, but never got an answer, they seemed in a hurry to get off the phone. I let my safety department at work know and they contacted them and had received a tracking number and a delivery receipt. It said delivered and the date was 3 days before I had called and talked to a costumer service rep. The boots have been paid for out of my paychecks. My safety guy at work has tried to resolve the issue but they stopped responding back. Very poor customer service and not satisfied with how they...
