Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Sheridan Township

So, I don't normally do reviews but I am extremely angry. This is Steve's wife not Steve, as he is more tolerant than I am. The waitresses and the manager were very unprofessional tonight. We ordered, and when I got my meal it was cold. I did not say anything because it was very busy and I was trying to be understanding. We were done and sat there for quite some time before we could get someone's attention to bring us a box for our leftovers. When we sat there and waited and waited I finally had to yell at our waitress who was standing at the bar with the other waitress and the bartender talking. When they brought us the box they were mad and told me I didn't have to yell at them. I proceeded to tell them we had already had asked for the box and did not get one. They told me they were busy and I needed to just wait. I do have to say I lost my temper and told them I was tired of waiting for them. That my food sucked and their waitressing skills sucked. They went to get the manager who came over and proceeded to tell us that we shouldn't expect good food or service when it is busy like it was. Then she told us to leave and never come back. She never apologized or asked us what the issue was. Just told us to leave. I hope you talk to these people and teach them how to treat your customers, especially that manager. She was no manager. And we won't be back for a VERY long...

When we entered a young hostess said I don't know they are expecting a large group, then she says just wait here and left us standing for 5 minutes then came back and says booth or table respo did booth plz she led us to a booth flopped a bunch of menu papers on table waitress will be with you shortly so we sat,searched menu and waited ,waitress finally came we placed order and waited again both ordered fish and tots when food finally came out which was a bit as the place was not very busy I asked waitress if I could plz have tarter sauce ,she went to get and disappeared when I caught her again I was half done with my meal and she stated I will take awhile as they have to make it 😀 I said ok when I did get some it was basically mayo not much in it ,I am a scratch cook for forty years and am wondering who created that tarter could not even eat it after we were "done" eating an older couple came by with same hostess they were going to sit down in the both before ours and hostess says No nit that both over here I felt bad for the elderly couple as it seemed to scare them,I run a kitchen staff at my job also and realize staffing is short but...

Great food, ok service!( 3 years ago) I have to update my review. Unfortunately, this place has gone downhill. First, we walk in at 1:25pm. Wait at the door for 10 min waiting to be seated. A gal that looked like she crawled out of bed sat us with a very poor greeting and eating. After being sat , we sat there... for 20 minutes with nothing but menus... finally ordered everything at once. It is now 1:50pm and just got our drinks/sodas. There are only 2 4 tops, 1 3 top and 3 2 tops during this time. 2:08 The food has arrived but one was missing fries and one order was wrong. The burgers and fries were good, and the wings, on the other hand, were hard and chewy like they sat under lamps for a while. Also, we never received any refills. We will be back eventually, but right now, it's time for a time-out bdubs. I also think standards have gone out the window. The manager needs to go back to training and learn customer services and then pass it along to staff! Great things happen with...
