AT&T Store — Local services in Sheridan Township

On Tuesday, June 24th, at the Watertown, SD AT&T store, Anabelle Chapman did something that is a real rarity nowadays. Instead of providing 'assembly line' customer service (which unfortunately is the 'norm' today with most businesses), she provided Outstanding customer service to my neighbor.

Anabelle went above and beyond to help start the resolution of an issue my neighbor has been t-r-y-i-n-g to get resolved for a long time.

Anabelle took the time, without giving the impression that it was an inconvenience, to research wireless plans that were a better fit (without data, hotspots, or other 'bells & whistles' that are not wanted).

In addition, Anabelle had a great positive 'can do' attitude. And she was like an advocate/consultant, looking out for what would be best for my neighbor.

Anabelle simply did a terrific job! AT&T Wireless is lucky to have her as an employee.
