First off, I didn’t know if this location was open or not. I pulled up and had to go to the door to see if anyone was inside. The outside chairs and umbrellas were everywhere so thought maybe a rain storm came through and no one was there to straighten things up. Low and behold there were at least 7 employees in there but the flies had taken over. Out of the 7, 4 were actually working, 2 were dancing and 1 was in the back room. Not sure if the manager of this location knows what is going on but they are not worth the wage they are getting. Read moreThis particular location needs to get a few things figured out. Some days they open at 5:30 some 6:00 sometimes the lobby is closed some times it is open. Placed my order at 5:40 this morning only to find out when I got there that the store wasn’t opening till 6:00. They offered to make my drink in 10 minutes when they open. Read moreI admittedly spend far too much money for Starbucks. This location is in desperate need of new management. You never have any idea when or if they will be open. You can wait in line for up to half an hour just to get to the intercom and have them tell you they are closed (early mind you with no other sign than whats at the drive thru).
