Please make sure to double check for stains and other deformities when buying clothes especially white items to save yourself from embarrassment if you happen to want to return a stuff. I didn’t and was accused of wearing the cloths and washing it. I tried the pant once at home, and placed it in the bag for return because I already own the navy and green versions and I didn’t like way the white pant looked on me. I never inspected the pants closely the day I purchased it as I was making huge purchase. I don’t know if they sold me someone else’s messed up return, or factory deformed pants, but what I know for sure is I never tried washing it or try to remove a stain or any other dubious claims that was thrown at me. I know for sure they don’t check for deformities when they ring you up, so don’t relay on them to sell you perfectly conditioned item.

I am giving 2 stars because I genuinely loved shopping at Uniqlo in the past for the quality and style but going forward I am going to make sure to not relay on the store staff to make sure I am not sold...

I really enjoy uniqlo clothing and quality so I’m disappointed to leave a bad review but honestly this was pretty unacceptable.

I had asked to get 1 pair of pants hemmed at 3:30pm and was told pick up would be at 4:30pm. Went back at 4:35pm and was told it’s not ready yet and would be ready at 4:45pm but would receive a text when it’s ready. After waiting until 4:55pm with no text I decided to go to ikea for food and to kill time. At 7:21pm I finally get a text saying my pants are ready. After almost nearly 3 hours after the original pick up time it’s ready. Went back to pick up and never received an apology or anything.

I understand being behind by a little bit but don’t tell a customer that it’ll be another 15 minutes when it’s more like almost 3 hours later. Especially without an apology.

I had brought two pairs of pants to be repaired, but they didn't ask me about their condition. They had already been repaired anyway.

I came back another day to have another pair of pants repaired. This time they asked me if the pants were washed (and yes, they were), but we were willing to pay to have them repaired. They denied it to me, and according to the store manager they couldn't do it because the texture of the clothes had changed and that's why they couldn't fix it and that they didn't have the right machinery according to her to do it, what I end up with is that they simply didn't want to do it, what a bad service or they didn't have the expert staff to make the arrangements, that's why I asked before going to their store and when I got there they told me it couldn't be done, they made me waste time👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
