Wish I could give no stars. It only took 2 months before I switched back to Verizon." No Hidden Fees" is a joke and so are there math skills. I had a credit of $51 with my monthly payment suppous to be $98 or 112 with taxes. And some how they ended up billing me $158 with $101 in taxes. So they told me they were doing me a favor by dropping it to my $112 for that month..ahhh no where'd my $ 51 go.. Then they'd meet me in the middle and give me $ 35 off the bill...ahhh no how about my bill be $61 like the number add up to be.. Paid my phone off and bill just to receive another bill for $229.05.. They must love going back to elementary school math classes taught by me..come on how many times do you want to be turned...

Gage helped me yesterday and was incredibly knowledgeable. I went in to get a new phone and he had me all set and out the door within 20 minutes. I had to go back in the store later after getting myself locked out of my new phone. He knew how to fix it within a couple minutes. Also he didn’t try to sell me on a bunch of extra stuff or pressure me with promotions which made the experience much more comfortable and relaxing! Every employee I interacted with didn’t share the same knowledge about the company’s system and wasn’t on the same page as anyone throughout the company. They don’t have a store in our town so we had to drive to TWO DIFFERENT cities to get told a hundred different things. They do not work with you especially when the fault is on their end. I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone, and I’m not over reacting when I say US Cellular is a company that you do not want to do...
