On July 15th my family and I went to shop in the Emporia location. While on line we observed the manager (Kim,I belive was her name) instruct a new young lady to remember to use the same register! From check out 1 to the very last one. My girls and I thought that was uncalled for. The poor girl responded with an "I know" wich she was doing.She seemed embarrassed. My girls and I fell bad for her. Feed back should be giving quietly and privately if it's negative. I felt the manager has having power trip issues....
