I recently gave a bad review to this business. I want to make a revision to the post. I did have a little trouble getting my gun. I was apologized to and they explained why the gun came a little later then originally agreed upon. I don't think any other business in town would call and try to get the problem resolved like they did. So I will recommend Gerry's Pawn to anybody in town wanting to purchase a firearm. The nice lady that works there is a pure delight, if you want to do business there, visit when she's working. The fella, on the other hand is rude, impatient, and clearly wants to be somewhere else. My wife and I have sent several FFL transfers there in the last year, bought accessories, and even initially recommended this shop to others. It's not worth the hassle of dealing with someone who puts himself first, and his clientelle last. Gary and his wife always offer you a fair price for anything you take in instead of the usual pawn shop low ball most pawn shops do. Fair and nice people. They also got some real good items for great prices. I’m sure the low ratings with people saying they are rude this and that probably went in with some worthless item expecting an unrealistic offer and seem to gotten upset the deal didn’t go their way cause these people have never been rude to me when pawning items or buy from them.
