I had a swollen right quarter of my lower lip for three days. I went to an Urgent care and was told I had an allergic reaction to a medication and instructed to stop taking one of my medications. I sought assistance on the weekend when I became concerned I may have a serious situation. My instincts told me something else was causing the swollen lower lip. Dr. R takes her time and actually listens to you. She is kind, has great bedside manner, is empathetic, and booking an appointment (that isn’t 6 weeks in the future) is a breeze. Telehealth has also proved to be really useful during all of this covid mess.
