Not only are they extremely knowledgeable and motivating but they are also so fun to be around. The Maxability community is also great and I have so many new friends here since I started in April of 2012. What I love about Maxability Crossfit is the diversity of movements, exercises and drills and how any movement can be scaled down for an individual if needed. The workouts are different everyday and you can compete against yourself or others because everyday you record your score on a whiteboard.
