Flavio was incredible! I stopped by his store after researching Osaki and checking out another dealer. The experience at Flavio’s shop was significantly better: primarily because of his deep knowledge of the products and willingness to explain the features clearly.

After testing out a few models, and doing some research at home, I decided on the DuoMax, which wasn’t on display at his location, but came strongly recommended by major retailers and Osaki themselves.

After getting quotes from other retailers, Flavio was happy to match the best price, and I ended up choosing to do business with him because of the pleasant interaction and time he spent with us.

He was always easy to reach by call and text during the process, and in 2 weeks from processing the payment, my chair was delivered via white glove delivery.

If you’re in the general area, going with Flavio’s shop has a ton of benefits over ordering from Osaki directly, or other retailers and dealers. The main advantage is, he’s been a technician for a decade plus, so if anything goes wrong, he’d likely be able to fix it. The selection was amazing and he wasn't a hard sell, and very funny! for me he made me feel comfortable and that I was making a good decision. I love my chair and had no regrets but when I had to move the chair from one location to another, I thought I was going to have a hard time but Favio came with his van, took it apart and moved it to the other location without any problems.. he's a funny storyteller, and reduced my anxiety and made the whole experience fun instead of stressful!.. the cost to move the chair, take it apart and put it back together was more than fair.. and he reminded me he was a phone call away.. It's hard to get customer service like that anywhere anymore.!! so thank you, Favio and everyone should go out and get a massage chair from this owner because he's worth your time and the chairs...

My massage chair was delivered on July 7th, and I scheduled an assembly appointment. Unfortunately, the first two assemblers were extremely unprofessional. They had no idea what they were doing and couldn’t even complete the setup after an hour. I had to reschedule for a second assembly.

Thankfully, the second appointment was a completely different experience. Flavio was amazing! He was highly professional and managed to assemble everything by himself. He was also incredibly patient and had a great attitude throughout the entire process. During the assembly, he was careful, meticulous, and treated my massage chair with great care and responsibility.

It was a truly pleasant experience. I hope all Osaki assemblers can be as skilled, respectful, and professional as Flavio that way, customers’ time...
