Magical customer experience. We're very sure we met an Angel of courage and hope at Walgreens. She was so very sweet and generous and brave!!! December 20th around noon, my boyfriend and I had stopped in your store to buy a pack of L&M's. We had been staying at the hospital since around 7 a. m. With his Grandma whom we spent up all night with while she was very very sick. It was hard, it was stressful and scary and tested what we were capable of.. But one of your cashiers who had a blue shirt, brown, past the shoulder length hair in a ponytail, and blue eyes who looked about 30 was so sweet when we finally broke down and started crying..... She lent us an understanding shoulder, and she was a perfect stranger and took her precious time to talk to us and encourage us as she held back even her own tears!! and she gave us hope and strength!! She was truly an inspiration! We couldn't leave before hugging her and thanking her. it's a moment we will never forget! I still don't know her name but because of her, we were able to go back and face what was ahead. Back to the hospital, back to the unknown, back to the fight for wellness and it's a true sign that there's something out there that's bigger than just the human race. We've got an incredible, courageous and compassionate human working right inside your building. Whoever you are, thank you for putting yourself out there for us and giving us the courage to pull his grandma, his family and ourselves through. There is nothing I can do that will ever repay what she did for us that day.. Because of her, I'll recommend Walgreens to everyone!!! My faith is restored.. Not to mention we've got another truly beautiful Christmas story to tell my son and anyone else who doubts there's hope in this big, scary, challenging but beautiful world we live in, because there is good people out there! You guys hired one of them. There is amazement just around the corner and there's truly something special about this time of year and the effect it has on so many. This is the second time that the pharmacy has been closed indoors to pick up prescriptions so you have to wait in long lines to pick up your meds. My daughter had oral surgery this morning. They called in her meds around 1:30 from Stillwater, an hour away. When we arrived to Walgreens in Enid at 3pm, we were able to pick up the pain meds but the antibiotics and steroids were not gonna be available for me to pick up until 5 PM. So I left my house at 5:20. Got to Walgreens at 5:40. There were three or four cars in front of me. There were two lines both were full I get up to the window at 6:05 and they will not wait on me and they throw a sign up in the window that says pharmacy is not available. this is absolute terrible customer service if you were not going to service the people that were in line 20 minutes before you’re supposed to close because you guys don’t have enough staff to keep up with both lines quick enough to fill prescriptions and to deliver the meds then you need to have someone come out with cones and put them out behind the car line at 5:30 and change your sign to servicing until 530 because this is unacceptable. As soon as I come in the morning to pick up these meds I am going to make sure that I change my pharmacy to one of the local pharmacies in town or to CVS across the street. This is...

Today I went at 10am to pick up my prescription and of course had to come back after there lunch break cause that’s when it was going to be ready so I did! Then they tell meh it’s still not ready so now I’m here at 6pm and still not ready!!!! I have this problem for a while now but I’m here believing they just had a bad day or busy day but for the past yr taking hours I mean hours or the next day to have my prescriptions!!! That’s just a no no so guess what Walgreens like everybody is having the same problem and deciding to go to Scheffe instead cause the other day my mom said to try there and I did by the moment I got out of my doctor appointment and hopped in my car and droved there my prescriptions where ready and I had ppl tell me that there so faster!!! And there right but I’m here not wanting to change cause all my life been going to Walgreens but no more!!!! Also the employees there are rude!!! Especially with the elder ppl, like come on have some respect cause ur not going to stay young for ever and if that’s how u treat your elders!
