Very nice place, we had a birthday party for my 3 year old. Lots for him to him do. I would say the place is good for 9 and under. As of 10/11/2024 it's 250 for two hours, 15 kids, if any kids are added it's a additional 5 dollars per child. You can arrive 30 minutes before and 30 minutes after to clean up party room. Cons. I asked the owner if she could turn on the music, she told me it was already on, which I believe her, but it was so low, that even she had stop breathing to hear it. I didn't push the issue, but she could have turned up at least one or notches, I feel like that made the atmosphere feel dry. Then towards the end. I'm not forsure if she was just over the party or what, but she definitely reminded me that it's the last 30 minutes and I should have my GUEST start cleaning the play area before we go back to the party room. I have never been to place, that asks you to do that, Mind you most of the party was littles. That is wasting the time that I paid for, I would have happily picked up after but, definitely not during. My guest or there parents shouldn't have to worry about that. I chose not to make my guest clean up and I told everyone to go back to the party room. That gave us guest enough time for cake, pizza, and presents. The party ended right on time giving us the 30 minutes allotted for the clean up. My older kids and the few stranglers at the end would have cleaned, but her and her husband already cleaned up the play area. Haven’t had a bad experience until I did my daughters birthday party which is sad for how much I spent. Was promised the full party room and upon arrival only had half the room due to a “leak” from the previous time it rained. Was never told anything until I had to ask the worker on duty. Worker laughed on the phone when asking her boss about the room, when I was upset about the situation. Doors were all locked so bringing stuff in to decorate in the POURING rain through the front door was not fun. Unorganized and lack of communication. Just took my 15 month old granddaughter for the first time today and I must say, It’s absolutely amazing! My grand baby had a blast trying out all the different types of swings and playing on the mats and I loved the fact, that the place smells sooo clean and looks very tidy, from the second you walk through the door. The lady at the front desk was also very polite and welcoming, also a big plus! Needless to say, I will definitely take my grand baby back and I would definitely recommend to anyone else to try it out with...
