Today was a bad day I guess because I shop there on a regular but I called to look for a particular shoe and the lady Jen replied I'm busy and I was trying to get her to check to see if another store had the shoe she replied I'm busy,so I called Arlington store they had the shoe after traveling to Dallas on red bird to get this information, after I went to Arlington I calls to speak with Jen but Lady named Kia answered and says she on break so she leaves me on hold for awhile then returns to say your shoe can be found in mesquite ...no ma am I have my shoe and mesquite wasn't the closest store but I don't want service from...

Horrible customer service. I bought shoes from the Waxahachie store for my husband as a birthday gift and tried to get a size down in Ennis and they refused to swap out my shoes because they thought they had been worn. I had him try them on and walk around to see how they fit and that was the extent of him “wearing” the shoes.
