YOU WILL WANT TO READ THIS. I DO NOT recommend this place to Americans although this establishment is in fact located in America. Mind you, I’m Mexican and my first language is Spanish. I placed an order here at 8:57pm 01/28/2024 in Spanish because I can fluently speak Spanish and because I prefer to make it easier for the staff. We called our food in for queso birria TACOS and we got home to find out they gave us quesadillas. We called to see if they could remake our order or refund us as we weren’t planning on eating it and we were met with an attitude of a grown woman telling us over and over she doubts the cook is going to remake it and she doubts we’ll get refund because “she asked us twice if we wanted corn or flour tortilla.” What that has do to with the fact that we ordered TACOS and never agreed to QUESADILLAS I don’t know. ON TOP OF THAT when we were on the call she set the phone aside to ask the cook if he could remake it and saying she didn’t mess up and we didn’t know how to order AND THEN she started talking mess about how AND I QUOTE “she’s American, she doesn’t know what she’s talking about” along with some other things I NEVER said. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I guess this full grown adult woman thought I was too American to understand what she was saying. I may be American, yes but I’m MEXICAN American who speaks fluent Spanish. Nevertheless, we went back to the store and the first thing she met us with is “I spoke to my manager and she said we could remake the food.” With this, I eat my food in fear that this horrible lady spit in our consome. Mind you, I love getting food here and never had an issue. But MARIBEL had the right one tonight. Sorry but she seemed like one of those ladies that thinks SHE’S the manager. Read moreThe food here tastes great. However, don’t order DoorDash. Every single time we order DoorDash we’re missing a crucial part of our meal. Like an entire order of nachos. Or an entire order of fajitas. This has happened on multiple occasions.
DoorDash is not allowed to open the bags. So this mess up is definitely on the restaurant. The restaurant should be confirming and double checking that all items are in the order before handing it over to the DoorDasher. This is the second time I’ve had to drive up to the restaurant myself to retrieve the missing item. And when I do, the restaurant does nothing to try to make it better or make up for their mistake. So now I get to go home and eat cold food, Because my husband or kids meal was completely missing from our delivery order.

Read moreFood was good. Service, not so much. There was 5 of us total, 2 adults and 3 kids. Everyone got a plate and a drink. Our tab was $101 which was expected, however there was an $18 service charge automatically added to our check. When I asked how come the service charge was automatically put on there, first the lady asked how many of us were there, when I told her 5 her next response was, “well maybe because of the total of the food, the service charge was automatically added on there” which of course was bullshit. I paid it, and mind you I wouldn’t even mind paying $20 for a tip. However, our server didn’t check on us once after we got our food. The kids all wanted refills on their drinks but she never came by to ask so they drank our waters instead. And for service like that, I definitely do mind paying $20 tip.
