UPDATE Ordered online for the 2nd time in 2 weeks. Pizza portal is broken, so instead of running in and picking up our order that we were notified is "ready to pick up", we now must stand in line behind all the people placing their order at the counter, and the order still was NOT ready. If I have to wait this long to get pizza, I'll order from a place with better pizza!
Update* Something has changed! Food was ready, order was correct and service was good. The pizza seems to be much more consistent as well. Good job!! Ordered delivery. Doordash came to the door without part of the order. The driver's response was, "They didn't give it to me." Why didn't they give him my entire order? Why doesn't the driver confirm he has everything in the order? Do they not get a copy of it? I had also included instructions so the driver would know where to leave it. So I said to my friend I'm going to call right outside the door and order. So they answered right away and took our order and said in 10 minutes it'd be ready but then we had to wait another 20 minutes to ask the cashier to pick up our 3 pizzas we ordered on the phone. That's an hour!* To get (3) three pizzas. After returning from getting change to pay for my order the same cashier had an attitude because she didn't pay attention enough to get my order correct. Then tells the manager that i have an attitude said manager proceeded to come at me with an even worse attitude while I'm trying to explain that if they don't take big bills then they need to make that known she proceeds to say we do take bills. I try to explain what the cashier had said and said manager gets even ruder and comes at me cross and loud saying that the cashier didn't say that but said I'm sorry ma'am i can't break you big bill because i just did a drop and don't have enough to give you change at the moment.
