I paid for an alignment job for 2 of my front tires, when I asked how long would it take, the gentleman helping said about 1 hr, in 1 hour they came back and said 8 of your lug nuts are bad so we need to replace them, so I paid for 8 new lugs. I then waited another 3hrs as the service manager approached me and asked how I was doing I said “I’m tired of waiting” and al he responded “how long have you been here” I told him “4hrs” he then asked “what are you all getting done?” I said an alignment for 2 tires” the lady behind me then shouted “and they’re having trouble taking his lug nuts off and they’re having to replace 8!” I was about to turn around and say something but the manager obviously picked up on that and said he would see what’s taking so long, before you know it my jeep pulls around and I finally felt relieved I’m leaving this place. He then smiles and says here we go, glad we could help. As the lady prints my papers and Rudly asks me to wait while she so sloth like moving staples my paper work and sorts it out. I then paid and left outside to check the lug nuts that where changed, the manager comes outside and says he has been there for just a few months but is there to make a better change to the place, I respectfully say I was gonna write a bad review but just you coming to ask me about the service and talking to me to explain who you are I might re consider. He replied “well I’d appreciate it if you’re not writing a good review that you don’t leave one.” I laughed and said I’ll think about it, I then left ennis to rice. I didn’t notice the vibration on the back tires until the next morning while going to work, I recorded after work on my way to the shop as you can see in the video. The vibration was bad, I showed up about 5:00 or 5:30 I don’t know but they said that mechanic of the alignment machine was gone so they had to do it the next morning first thing was to get it on the lift and see what was wrong. They literally tried to convince me that it was a lump of dirt between one of the tires, I laughed and said so why did they take it in for so long if it was just the mud and then they gave me a paper saying they did a re adjustment to the alignment. So what was the need for that? Also I have an even longer video when I went to show them the jeep tires where leaned in. They really tried to say it was just on a slant and that maybe it’s just a lug nut that was loose. The videos 11 minutes long so I won’t upload but at any point I can put it send it. These people will lie and will not do a proper job. Save your money and stress. Go elsewhere. Not recommended. And as for the service manager, I hope you Keep your word and roll heads. This place definitely needs adjustment and you seemed like the person to adjust. I think those people need a new job.

Bringing my review down a couple of stars...probably could be more than that, but I hope that this notice will enable a change. I just dropped my daughters car up at the dealership for an oil change and tire rotation. After the oil was changed I was called and notified that they wouldn't do the tire rotation because the tread on the tires was "at the wear bars". The tires have plenty of tread, less than 15K miles on them. The only areas of the tires with wear is the outside edges mostly on the front tires...hence the need to rotate them. I asked why they refused to perform the service requested and I got the very poor excuse of "liability". This makes no logical sense as they aren't being asked to fix anything, and rotating the tires puts no more risk on the vehicle than when it came in. I will now have to make time to take the vehicle to another place to get the tires rotated and I guarantee anyone reading this, that none are going to raise concerns about this vehicles tires. The way that this experience should have went is them informing me they felt the tires were near time to be changed and performed the rotation. But that isn't what happened. If their intention was to push a tire sale on me...it didn't work. If the intention was to make me feel the vehicle was unsafe to drive...it didn't work, nor is such an insinuation remotely valid. Instead, what they did with this policy was cause an inconvenience for me and establish a reputation that they merely want to push the sale of stuff, even if at the expense of a customer not coming back. Sorry guys...big miss today.

I shouldn’t have to double check you and point that out. I made it clear I service my vehicles, I run multiple shops and I don’t have time to argue price. It is what it is. I made it clear don’t call me for services, I will never use you again and yet you still keep calling. I’m happy it worked out, I’m happy I got into a highly overpriced truck before the market went higher, however I made it clear if you don’t call me I wouldn’t give my review on the matter a year later you still keep calling.

UPDATE: I really appreciate the efforts Thomas, the General Manager, made to help me feel better. He provided a loaner while they performed the diagnostics a couple of days. At the end of the day, the ABS lights are still on so coincidence stands. The engine light remains with no definit resolve outside of replacing the engine. Another coincidence popped up with the door locks...lol My rating has been updated.

I will not be taking my vehicle back to Pegasus! Up until today, I have been happy with Pegasus in Ennis . I found them shortly after moving to Waxahachie. Pegasus has done some extensive work on my Jeep along with oil changes. My check engine light has been on for quite some time. It did not go off after a major oil leak repair done by Pegasus. The Jeep runs just fine, but I need to leave it with them for a few days and they don't do loaner cars unless a warranty is involved. Anyway, they do the oil change and say hey, your ABS and engine lights are on. I let him know that the engine line has been on since the last major repair $$$ but the ABS has not been on at all. He proceeds to tell me that my cruise control probably has not been working. I let him know that it has been working fine. He said well it probably won't now. And said the ABS is probably on because the engine light came on. I let him know again that the engine light has been on without any other issues. I found it quite interesting that the service manager and a few other guys happen to be standing around while he is telling me this all of a sudden. I go get in my vehicle and see the ABS is on and I go back in letting him know that it was not like that when I brought it in. He shrugs me off saying that don't have to worry about the ABS because it's probably just triggered by the engine light. I will have another vehicle later this month and I had just let him know, when he said my Jeep was ready, that I will be able to leave the Jeep in a couple of weeks and that I wanted the same mechanic who repaired the oil leak to check on what's causing the engine light; however, I will not be going back to Pegasus for two reasons. 1) It's not a coincidence. Something they did triggered the ABS light warning. 2) I have been a return customer and they just brushed me off like that with no regard for me being concerned for my safety. When the mechanic told him the ABS was on, he should have asked him a few questions since we had just talked about the engine light with no mention of the ABS. I love my Jeep and will always pay for the upkeep, I have paid thousands to Pegasus but they won't get another dime.

I plan to purchase the EV Blazer at the end of the year, so I guess won't be purchasing from Pegasus Chevrolet and will be travelling to Grapevine since Classic Chevrolet has always been great in all the years I have gone to them for service of my previous Blazer. They can service my Jeep too. I was just happy having found a closer dealership to patronize since moving...

DO NOT BUY from this place!!! You will be sorry you did!!! My husband & I bought a 2006 dodge ram almost 2 months ago, salesman was DAN. Told him what we wanted added to our truck & it was set up to be in the shop to get Rhino liner, hitch, & 7 pin connector put. Call to find out when were supposed to have it there by & appt. was never setup & the lady that works in the back service dept. was rude & never even returned our call. We drove from Waco after we got it setup & they had it from 8am to 6pm while we sat around & waited. The rhino liner wasn't over the bed rails like we requested & they took off our spare tire & never put it back on when they added the hitch & 7 pin connector. Had it 33 days & I had to drive back to Waco from Lawton, OK. to get a few things I left behind. I start up the truck in Waco to leave wal-mart & it looks like Cheech & Chong driving by there was so much smoke coming from the exhaust. It was burning oil so I had to take it to Waco Dodge service dept. turns out the 7th cylinder was messed up & using oil. Factory warranty is up so we have to use extended warranty which they never sent in which they had 33 days to already do. Called Dan on Sat. in Ennis & left him a message about our problem & still haven't heard from him. He made his sale & got his money that's all he was worried about, a sorry worthless salesman! Waiting & waiting still days later & no call. I call & ask for a manager & was give T.J. the used vehicle manager & explained to him the situation & he was going to look into it & call me back but never heard from him either! Spoke with Cathy several times who answers the phones & asked for a manager after I explained to her again what was going on & she was trying to locate Ken Backus who is supposed to be a manager also, while on hold I heard the name Bobby Holt who is supposed to be the general manager & asked Cathy about him also. Well of course neither could be located & she was going to have one of them call me back but guess what neither ever called back. If I were you I would not buy here ever & I will never buy from here again!! I'm posting this everywhere I can to let people know of their horrible service!! To sum it up they stole my spare tire by not putting it back on the truck, ruined our Ram Lock by spraying it with Rhino Liner & left me sitting in Waco for 3 weeks waiting on my truck to be fixed but wasted a week of that cause they were to stupid to send the warranty in so it would be on file. They knew the truck had problems yet sold it without even trying to fix it. We traded our 01 truck in which they had in the shop working on it the next day. To top it off I had to buy a new tire that was down to the metal, a nice $216 plus taxes, mounting & balance. So far the shop bill is $344. DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR & NEVER SHOP AT THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU WANT A MAJOR HEADACHE FOR YEARS TO...
